Fairview New Homes
Helping more people find a place to call home
Fairview is a privately owned residential developer that has been building homes across London and the Home Counties since 1961.
From city apartments to family homes, Fairview is focused on making home ownership more accessible - helping buyers navigate one of life's biggest decisions with greater confidence.
The challenge
Turning property searches into sales opportunities
Fairview's existing website had become a barrier to growth. With 67% of visitors arriving on mobile, a non-responsive experience made it difficult for prospective buyers to find properties, explore developments and take the next step.
Conversion journeys created unnecessary friction, while disconnected systems meant leads had to be manually transferred into Salesforce. Two separate domains also fragmented the customer experience and diluted Fairview's search authority.
The brief was to:
- Put mobile buyers first - creating an intuitive experience around how people actually search for new homes.
- Turn more interest into enquiries - removing friction and making key conversion actions easier to find.
- Make finding the right home simpler - helping buyers quickly explore and filter relevant properties and developments.
- Connect digital directly to sales - integrating enquiries with Salesforce to improve speed and pipeline visibility.
- Strengthen organic visibility - consolidating domains and building SEO into the new platform from the outset.
- Create a platform built for growth - giving Fairview the flexibility to launch and market new developments quickly.

The solution
Building the website around the buying journey
We rebuilt Fairview's digital platform from the ground up, combining UX, technology, search and data around one commercial objective - helping more prospective buyers find the right home and take the next step.
From mobile-first property discovery and conversion-led development pages to Salesforce integration and measurement, every part of the experience was designed to remove friction between initial interest and a qualified sales opportunity.
Designing mobile first
With more than two-thirds of visitors using mobile, we redesigned Fairview's information architecture and customer journeys around the small screen first. Simplified navigation, clearer page structures and consistently positioned calls to action make it easier for buyers to move from browsing to taking action, whatever device they're using.
Turn more digital journeys into action
The outcome
A website that became a commercial growth channel
The new platform fundamentally changed the contribution digital makes to Fairview's business.
Total site users increased by 1,482%, lead actions grew by 45% and organic sessions more than doubled. Based on the additional lead activity generated, we modelled an estimated £6m in incremental revenue contribution.
The transformation extended beyond customer-facing performance. Salesforce integration created a more direct connection between digital enquiries and the sales pipeline, while a flexible CMS gave Fairview's marketing team greater independence to launch and manage new developments.
With stronger search authority, better measurement and a platform designed around conversion, Fairview can now turn more digital demand into genuine sales opportunities.
